We teach our children to play fair.

That's why Maggie Brooks' rush to grab school resources - with a plan she claims is "FAIR" - really hurts.

It's not fair to divert public funds that were promised to our children. It's not fair to leave our schools in the lurch. It's not fair to play a shell game with 29 million in taxpayer dollars. And it sends the wrong message to our kids.
